Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Village Funds (DD) on the poverty level of the people of Fajar Bulan Subdistrict, Lahat Regency. This study uses panel data, namely all villages in Pajar Bulan Subdistrict during the 2018-2019 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using Klassen typology and panel data regression. The results of this study are (1) Regional typology between poverty and village funds shows that villages in the Pajar Bulan sub-district are categorized as Quadrant I (High Poverty-High Village Funds) in Talang Padang Tinggi village. Quadrant II (High Poverty-Low Village Fund), covers Suka Bumi village, Aceh village, Pulau village and Talang Pagar Agung village. Quadrant (Low Poverty-High Village Funds) is Bantunan Village. Quadrant IV (Low Poverty-High Village Funds) includes the villages of Gelung Sakti, Talang Mangkenang, Sumur, Kota Raya Darat, Talang Baru, Benua raja, Talang Tangsi, Pajar Bulan, Tongkok, and Jenti'an (2) village funds have a negative and significant impact on poverty in Pajar Bulan District Keywords: Village Fund, Poverty
