Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of PT.Hindoli in increasing its palm oil exports. This type of research is exploratory-qualitative. The data used are secondary and primary data. The author obtained primary data from interviews with the cargo and logistics supervisor out bond and secondary data from literature studies that related to this research. The author uses contextual and categorical analysis techniques, namely by matching the research data with the consular definition. The results showed that some of the strategies carried out by PT. Hindoli in increasing palm oil exports is quite optimal by using several strategies used by PT. Hindoli as in using input on factors of production and the application of management in the best practice.
