Abstract

Title of this Scripts is Legal Force Govern the Transfer Of Account ofThrough SMS (Short Message Service) Banking. The problems studied in this Scripts hit legal consequences of arising oulfrom transaction of SMS Banking and proteclion punish for Client using facility of SMS Banking. As for method used by the type of descriptive research by using approach of yuridis empiric. Facility of SMS Banking represents one among a lot offacility of transaction of electronic provided by Bank for its client. This facility enables client do transaction via cell phone by order of SMS. Where a lot of transaction which can be done by some among other things, information of account balance, electrics payment, credit card etcetera. Done of direct research to field and related to law which deal with SMS banking, and research to some bank in South Sumatra. From result of research which have been done, researcher conclude that legal consequences of arising out from transaction done with facility of SMS Banking is incidence of an agreement of obligatory for pars party and protection for client given by the party of bank by major best Service and give accurate and clear information to client.
