Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of achievement of socio-emotional development of children aged (2-3) years during the Covid-19 pandemic in Environment II, Timbangan Village Ogan ilir in accordance with the level of developmental achievement in Permendikbud No.137-2014 National PAUD National Standard. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a research sample of 17 children aged (2-3) years in Environment II Timbangan Village Ogan ilir. The data collection technique is observation using a checklist and documentation. Data analysis technique using percentage calculation. The results showed that the overall level of achievement of socio-emotional development of children aged (2-3) years during the Covid-19 pandemic in Environment II Timbangan Village Ogan ilir was 67.05% or was in the appropriate category according to the level of developmental achievement in Permendikbud No.137-2014 National PAUD Standard. The details of each indicator of the achievement of social emotional development of children aged (2-3) years, namely the indicator children can express their feelings with a percentage of 72.05% or are in the appropriate category, children begin to show an attitude of sharing with a percentage of 66.17% or are in the appropriate category, the child begins to understand that he has to wait in line for his turn with a percentage of 55.88% or is in the quite appropriate category, the child begins to show a caring attitude with a percentage of 77.94% or is in the appropriate category, the child begins to be cooperative/ work together when playing in groups with a percentage of 63.23% or are in the quite appropriate category.
