Abstract

This study aims to find out the percentage of Play Activities in the field of cognitive development of children aged (1-2) years of the covid-19 pandemic in Kemu OKU Selatan Village in accordance with the achievement level of Permendikbud No.137- Year 2014 National Standard paud. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. A population of 81 children with a sample of 24 children was taken using purposive sampling techniques on the grounds that researchers took children whose homes were close to the researcher's home and their parents who were willing to research and be involved in the study. Observation data collection techniques using checklist sheets and documentation in the form of child identity data that can be from the health center. Indicators in this study include: 1) Know some basic colors (red, blue, yellow, green) with a percentage value of 40.62%, 2) mentioning numbers without using fingers from 1- 10 but still likes but still often missed with a percentage value of 47.92%, 3) Stringing simple puzzles with a percentage value of 30.20%, 4) arrange a large beam size small or vice versa with a percentage value of 61.46%, 5) mentions the numbers 1-5 using fingers with a percentage value of 51%. The results showed that overall it can be seen that the level of achievement of play activities in the field of cognitive development of children aged (1-2) years during the covid-19 pandemic in Kemu OKU Selatan Village is 46.24% or is in the Bad Category (TB) There is a lack of stimulation given by parents. The level of achievement of play activities in the field of cognitive development of children aged (1-2) years during the covid-19 pandemic in Kemu OKU South Village is highest, namely mentioning the numbers 1-5, while the lowest level of cognitive development play activity is on the Simple Puzzle String indicator.
