Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran menggunakan video tutorial yang valid, praktis dan memiliki efektifitas terhadap hasil belajar dan kompetensi teknis penyuluh KB pada mata diklat pemutakhiran basis data keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Alessi and Trollip, yang memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, desain, dan pengembangan. Validitas video tutorial melalui uji alpha dengan teknik walkthrough. Validasi materi diperoleh rerata nilai 96,4, kategori sangat valid, validasi media 97,06, kategori sangat valid, dan valiadasi desain pembelajaran 91,67, kategori sangat valid. Praktikalitas video tutorial melalui uji beta dengan one to one, diperoleh rerata nilai sebesar 80,67, kategori praktis. Efektifitas media video tutorial terhadap hasil belajar dilakukan melalui uji coba produk (field test) pada kelas pelatihan sebenarnya, diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest 47,53 dan posttest 81,7, peningkatan hasil belajar penyuluh KB sebesar 34,18 dengan Ngain skor sebesar 0,7, kategori tinggi. Hasil observasi keaktifan penyuluh KB dalam pembelajaran diklat diperoleh rerata nilai 4,21, kategori sangat aktif, dan hasil tes perbuatan penyuluh KB diperoleh rerata nilai 83,23, kategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, media video tutorial sistem informasi keluarga yang dikembangkan telah valid, praktis, dan memiliki efektifitas terhadap hasil belajar, dan bedampak potensial terhadap peningkatan kompetensi teknis penyuluh KB. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah (1) bagi fasilitator, dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam menentukan media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan dalam diklat teknis sistem informasi keluarga di BKKBN, sehingga penyuluh KB termotivasi dalam belajar, (2) penyuluh KB, diharapkan dapat menggunakan video tutorial sebagai salah satu sumber belajar dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan kompetensi teknis dalam pemutakhiran basis data keluarga, (3) bagi diklat BKKBN, dapat digunakan sebagai bahan rujukan dalam mengembangkan, dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran video tutorial untuk mata diklat yang lain, sehingga tersedia alternatif media pembelajaran diklat, dan (4) bagi peneliti lain, dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam melakukan penelitian yang relevan. Kata Kunci : Penelitian pengembangan, video tutorial sistem informasi keluarga, pendidikan dan pelatihan. Abstract: Abstract: This study aims to develop and produce learning media products using valid, practical video tutorials that have effectiveness on learning outcomes and technical competence of family planning instructors in the eyes of the family database update training. The method used in this study is development research using the Alessi and Trollip model, which has three stages, namely, planning, design, and development. The validity of the tutorial video is through alpha testing using the walkthrough technique. Material validation obtained a mean value of 96.40, very valid category, media validation 9.06, very valid category, and learning design variation 9.67, very valid category. Practicality of video tutorials through beta testing with one to one, obtained a mean value of 80.67, a practical category. The effectiveness of the video tutorial media on learning outcomes is done through product testing (field test) in the actual training class, obtained an average value of 47.53 and posttest pretest 81,7, an increase in KB instructor learning outcomes by 34.18 with a score of 0,7, high category. The results of the KB instructor's activeness observation in training learning obtained a mean score of 4.21, a very active category, and the results of the KB instructor's deed test obtained a mean value of 83.23, a good category. The conclusion of this study is that the developed video information system family information tutorial has been valid, practical, and has the effectiveness of learning outcomes, and potential impacts on improving the technical competence of family planning counselors. The suggestions from this study are (1) for the facilitator, can be used as a reference in determining the learning media that will be used in the family information system technical training in BKKBN, so KB counselors are motivated in learning, (2) KB instructors, are expected to use video tutorials as one of the learning resources in improving knowledge, and technical competence in updating the family database, (3) for BKKBN training, it can be used as a reference material in developing, and utilizing tutorial video learning media for other education courses, so that alternative learning media are available education and training, and (4) for other researchers, can be used as a reference in conducting relevant research.
