Abstract

Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kausalitas antara jumlah uang beredar dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia selama periode 1987-2007. Data yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah data sekunder dengan memakai model kausalitas Granger yang diformulasikan dalam suatu persamaan regresi sederhana, menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara jumlah uang beredar dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam periode studi.
