Abstract

In addition to acting as a wife, a woman also serves as a housewife who organizes a variety of household affairs. Some of the women's motivations to work are to improve the family economy, to work after graduation, to look for experiences, to fiil spare time, and others. This study is aimed at fmding out the relationship and influence of age, level of education, and the number of working hours of married female workers against the income generated. The OLS estimation shows that all variables have significant influence on the income of married female workers in Gandus district. The age results in negative relationships and the other variables result in positive relationships.
