Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the discipline of employees at the Kalidoni sub-district office, Palembang city. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research focus of this research is obedience to the rules of time discipline, obedience to regulatory discipline and discipline of responsibility, data obtained from primary data, namely interviews with the head of the sub-district Arie Wijaya, S.STP., MSi, Kalidoni sub-district, Palembang city, General section and Employment of Ibu Meylinda Pusrianita Kalidoni Subdistrict, Palembang City and the Community in Kalidoni Sub-District, Palembang City, with secondary data obtained related to employee discipline at the Kalidoni sub-district office in Palembang City. Based on the results of analysis and research in the field, it can be concluded that employees have disciplined discipline which can be seen from the high discipline morning apples so that employees comply with the applicable time rules, each employee has been given a schedule of official clothes so that employees are disciplined in regulations, have a polite attitude and serving the community has been done so that employees are good at disciplining their responsibilities. This study gives suggestions to employees of Kalidoni sub-district that there is a need for special attention or direction from the leadership in providing direction about work discipline in the form of giving awards in the form of promotions and promotions for employees who have good work performance, so that employee work discipline at the Kalidoni Kota sub-district office. Palembang is more optimal.
