Abstract
Fun For Mom (FFM) is an innovation program in empowering, sharing, and motivating pregnant women, postpartum mothers, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with toddlers through monopoly games, which in its implementation involve facilitators, breastfeeding counselors, and program targets. The program aims to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Puskesmas Sako, which is still far below the target. This study aims to determine the impact of the FFM program using the RE-AIM Framework in the working area of Puskesmas Sako. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method in the selection of 12 informants. The data were collected by means of in-depth interviews, document review, and observation. The data validity test used source triangulation, technique triangulation, and theory triangulation. The results showed that the target of the FFM program was pregnant women, breastfeeding, having toddlers, or during the postpartum period, represented by 10 participants per game session. The program is running effectively where the Puskesmas has succeeded in increasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding and reducing the stunting rate. The interventions provided were successfully adopted by program participants in their lives, this was supported by the facilitators and stakeholders. FFM activities take place at the Posyandu according to the timeline of activities and funds are sourced from BOK funds. The FFM program has a positive impact on the Puskesmas and program participants so that the program needs to be maintained in the future with improvements and developments in various aspects. It can be concluded that the FFM program is successful in increasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding and reducing stunting rates in the working area of the Puskesmas Sako, while also increasing the knowledge and practice of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. However, in its implementation, motivational encouragement is still needed to increase maternal awareness to receive information and participate actively, as well as additional funds for program development through national health insurance capitation funds and village funds.
