Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pusri II-B Palembang Factory. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of K3 on the performance of the employees of the Pusri II-B Palembang Factory. This type of research is quantitative research. The operational definition of K3 uses the views of Husni and Dewi Kurniawati with 6 indicators. Meanwhile, employee performance uses the views of Mangkunegara and Moeheriono with 3 indicators. The population in this study were all employees of the Pusri II-B Palembang factory. The number of samples was determined using purposive sampling as many as 65 respondents, namely factory employees from the morning shift group III at the Pusri II-B Palembang Factory. Data collection techniques from this study used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that K3 has a significant effect on the performance of Pusri II-B Palembang employees.
