Abstract

Korupsi merupakan ekstraordinary crime. Indonesia telah meratifikasi Konvensi PBB Anti Korupsi melalui Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2006. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 diatur mekanisme pengembalian aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi. Mekanisme pengembalian aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi dilakukan melalui tiga pendekatan, yakni melalui jalur perdata, jalur pidana dan jalur diplomatik. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran mengenai Pengembalian aset Hasil Korupsi Indonsia di Luar Negeri melalui jalur Diplomatik berdasarkan Konvensi PBB anti Korupsi tahun 2003.
