Abstract

This study aims to determine how significant the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, working Capital turnover and total asset turnover toward profitability (retum on investment indicators) partially and simultcmeously of agricvlture sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The statistical is performed by a multiple regression analysis with 5% of significancy level where the conclusion of test taken according to the result of F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) The result of study shows the variabel of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, working Capital turnover and total asset turnover significantly influence toward the profitability simultaneous since the significancy of F value > 5%. This is shown from correlation value about 59.6 % and R square value 35.5 %. It means that the independent variabel (current ratio, debt to equity ratio, working Capital turnover and total asset turnover) can influence the change of profitability for 35.5 %, the rest is 64.5 % influenced by antoher variabel which not involved in this study. Meanwhile, in partial test only working Capital turnover and total asset turnover that are influence to the profitability significantly.
