Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students self-understanding through online career guidance services at SMA N 2 Ogan Ilir. This research is a type of quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive research design. The number of samples selected a many as 68 students from class X were selected using the purposive sampling method. The result show that in understanding talent, understanding career development, and planning career decisions, guided information, services through online methods can make many students understand career development. In analyzing the data using the percentage formula (%). The results showed that the percentage of understanding aspects of talent and true interests (86%) wqs 58 students, the percentage career development understanding (83%) of 56 students, percentage of planning career development decisions (85%) of 58 students. This is evidenced bt the number of students who answered correctly on the aspects of understanding career development, understanding of talent, planning career decisions, the percentage of which than 70%
