Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Jurusan Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya, Indralaya. Waktu pelaksanaannya dimulai dari Agustus 2003 sampai dengan Desember 2003. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial. Perlakuan yang diuji terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu dosis pupuk NPK (L0 = 0 x dosis NPK anjuran, L1 = 0,5 x dosis NPK anjuran, L2 = 0,75 x dosis NPK anjuran, L3 = 1 x dosis NPK anjuran), dan dosis Bokashi (B0 = 0 ton ha'1, BI = 5 ton ha'1, B2 = 10 ton ha’1), dengan tiga ulangan sehingga didapatkan 36 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, perlakuan pupuk NPK berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan pH tanah; kedua, perlakuan Bokashi berpengaruh sangat nyata meningkatkan P-tersedia tanah, serta nyata menghasilkan berat kering dan tinggi tanaman; ketiga, perlakuan interaksi antara pupuk NPK dan Bokashi berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan pH dan P-tersedia tanah; dan keempat, bobot kering dan tinggi tanaman jagung manis berkorelasi erat dengan P-tersedia tanah.
