Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII melalui pembelajaran flipped classroom pada materi SPLDV berbantuan video animasi yang diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator kemandirian belajar. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 6 orang siswa SMP Negeri 45 Palembang kelas VIII.7. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitan ini adalah angket, observasi dan wawancara. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dan akan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemandirian belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran flipped classroom pada materi SPLDV berbantuan video animasi terkategori sangat baik dengan persentase 80,42%.
