Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan dengan pertumbuhan yang paling cepat secara global. Diabetes melitus dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi pada mikrovaskuler, makrovaskuler, dan sistem saraf pusat jika tidak dikontrol dengan baik. Komplikasi tersebut dapat dicegah dengan kontrol glikemik yang optimal dengan pengukuran HbA1c. Dislipidemia pada pasien DM lebih meningkatkan risiko timbulnya penyakit kardiovaskular. Hubungan HbA1c dengan profil lipid secara teori terjadi akibat penurunan fungsi insulin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis korelasi HbA1c dengan profil lipid dan rasio lipid pada pasien DM tipe 2 di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik consecutive sampling dengan besar sampel 53. Pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan data sekunder pasien DM tipe 2 rawat inap dan rawat jalan dari Instalasi Rekam Medis RSUP Dr. Moh. Hoesin Palembang periode 1 Januari 2020-31 Desember 2020. Data yang didapat selanjutnya dianalisis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan (p<0.05) antara HbA1c dengan rasio TC/HDL-C (r = 0.287, p = 0.019) dan rasio LDL-C/HDL-C (r = 0.288, p = 0.018), namun tidak didapatkan korelasi yang signifikan (p>0.05) antara HbA1c dengan total kolesterol (r = 0.032, p = 0.411), LDL-C (r = 0.045, p = 0.374), HDL-C (r = -0.162, p = 0.124), dan trigliserida (r = 0.154, p = 0.136). Kesimpulan: Terdapat korelasi positif lemah yang signifikan antara HbA1c dengan Rasio TC/HDL-C dan Rasio LDL-C/HDL-C Kata kunci: Diabetes melitus, HbA1c, profil lipid, rasio lipid
