Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of FDR, CAR, BOPO and TPF on performance in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data for the period January 2016 – December 2020. The model in this study is estimated using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis tool. The results of this study generally indicate that the FDR variable has no significant negative effect. While the CAR variable has a significant negative effect. The BOPO variable has a significant negative effect and the TPF variable has a non-significant positive effect on ROA. Based on the Impulse Response Function (IRF) test, it shows a positive shock to ROA and in the Variance Decomposition (VD) test it shows that changes in the value of ROA make a fairly large and continuous contribution to changes in the values of the variables FDR, CAR, BOPO and TPF. Meanwhile, the FDR, CAR, BOPO and DPK variables have relatively little role in changing ROA
