Abstract

In May 2021, PT Langgeng Daya Agrindo's overburden stripping achievement was 223,956 bcm from the set target of 312,869 bcm. Based on observations in the field, there are several factors that cause the unachieved stripping target, one of which is the discrepancy between the actual cycle time of 40,12 seconds and the planned 26 seconds-28 seconds. From the calculations carried out using the discounted cashflow method, the net present value is Rp. 41,989.101.746.30, the Internal rate of return is 24%, the Payback period is 3.14 years and the break even point is 10.706.728.71 bcm. Then due to market conditions that are always in a state of uncertainty, sensitivity analysis is needed with an increase and decrease in operating costs and revenue of 0%, 5% and 10%. 41,989,101,746.30 while the lowest NPV was produced in conditions of a 10% decrease in revenue of Rp. 15,731,592,407.81, the highest IRR was obtained by normal market conditions of 24.2% while the lowest was produced in conditions of a 10% decline in revenue of 13.4%, the fastest PBP was produced under normal market conditions for 3.14 years while the longest PBP was in 10% decrease in revenue is 4.17 years, and the lowest BEP is produced in normal market conditions of 10,706,728.71 bcm, while the highest BEP value is produced by 10% revenue decline of 14,167,991.69 bcm or the cost to be paid is Rp. 256.961.488.959,75.
