Abstract

The healthy level of bamc is an important factor to banks in supervise bank finances and in supervise bank management. In this study focuses on the health of Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Indonesia by using 9 BPD companies as research samples. Bank soundness level based on Decision Letter of Financial Services Authority (OJK) Number. 4 I POJK.03 I 2016 on healthy level of bank in terms of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Earnings and Capital in the period 2013-2016. Data collection methods in this study using secondary data. In this research, the analisist on 4 factors of RBBR (Risk Based Bank Rating) is, the risk profile factor that use the ratio of NPL and LDR, GCG (Good Corporate Governance) factor, earnings factor using ROA and NIM ratio, and factor capital using ratio CAR Based on the results of this study, shows that in the year 2013-2016 there are 4 banks that consistently in the category very healthy, where as there are 3 banks in the category of very healthy and healthy, and there are 2 banks consistent entry into the healthy category. The implication in this research is that the company should increase the service and be more selective in selecting the prospective customer to improve the rating of bank soundness.
