Abstract

The aim of the study was to study the growth and yield characteristics of shallots against various concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and the application of cow manure as a mixture of planting media cultivated with a floating farming system. from June to August 2021. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) and the observations were analyzed using variance and 5% BNT. The seeds used were shallots of the Bima Brebes variety. The POC dose treatment consisted of 3 treatment levels, namely P0 = Control, P1 = 4ml/, P2= 8 ml/l, P3= 16 ml/l. Parameters observed were plant length, number of leaves, number of tillers, level of greenness of leaves, tuber diameter, fresh weight of tubers, fresh weight of tubers, dry weight of tuber wind and dry weight of air pods. Based on the results, the results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer to each planting medium that had been mixed with cow manure did not have a positive effect on each treatment compared to the control treatment. For treatment P3 is the best treatment POC can be seen from the growth parameters to the results that show significant data Keywords: Shallots, Liquid Organic Fertilizer, Floating Agriculture.
