Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas merek pada Layanan Jasa Transportasi On line Gojek Di Kota Palembang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari jurnal-jurnal serta website yang dapat dipercaya dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan statistik dengan memaki dua uji yaitu: koefisien determinasi (R2) dan persamaan regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek dan kepercayaan merek memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek pada Layanan Jasa Transportasi On line Gojek Di Kota Palembang. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini adalah populasi dan sampel yang terbatas dikarenakan terjadinya pandemi covid-19. Variabel yang ada di dalam penelitian ini terbatas pada variabel citra merek dan kepercayaan merek
