Abstract

The writing of the thesis entitled Government Policy to Budget Village Funds Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) Facing the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the rural economy. The problems discussed in the research writing this thesis are 1. How is the government's policy of budgeting BLTDD funds for the community to face the Covid-19 Pandemic. 2. How to implement the policy of budgeting BLTDD funds in the budgeting of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This research is a normative legal research using the statutory provisions approach, conceptual approach, and historical approach. This study aims to identify and analyze the government's policy of budgeting BLTDD funds for the community facing the Covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of policies for budgeting BLTDD funds in APBD budgeting.
