Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA HAPPINESS DENGAN FLOW PADA MUSISI M. Afif Naufal1, Muhammad Zainal2 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara happiness dengan flow pada musisi. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara happiness dengan flow pada musisi. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang musisi di Indonesia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua buah skala sebagai alat ukur, yaitu skala happiness yang mengacu pada dimensi dari Seligman (2002) dan skala flow yang mengacu pada aspek-aspek dari Csikszentmihalyi (1990). Hasil data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara happiness dengan flow pada musisi dengan nilai r = 0,474, dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa happiness dengan memiliki hubungan yang sedang, positif, dan signifikan dengan flow. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Afif Naufal1, Muhammad Zainal2 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between happiness and flow in musicians. This study hypothesizes that there is a relationship between happiness and flow in musicians. Participants in this study were 100 musicians who lived in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. This study uses two scales as a measuring tool, namely the happiness scale which refers to aspects of Seligman (2002) and flow scale which refers to aspects of Csikszentmihalyi (1990). The results of the research data were analyzed using the Pearson product moment correlation method. The result showed that there was a relationship between happiness and flow in musicians with r = 0,474, and p = =0,000 (p<0,05). This shows that happiness has a moderate, positive, and significant relationship with flow. Thus the hypothesis purposed is accepted.
