Abstract

Validasi metoda CV-AAS (Cold Vapour Atomic Absorption Spectrometry) untuk analisis total merkuri pada sampel sedimen telah dilakukan. Parameter validasi yang di uji antara lain kisaran linieritas, koefisien korelasi (r), limit deteksi (LOD), limit kuantitasi (.LOQ), presisi, dan akurasi. Selain itu, juga ditentukan ketidakpastian pengukuran. Kisaran linieritas ditunjukan pada kisaran konsentrasi 1,00 - 70,00 ng/mL. Koefisien regresi linier kurva (r) 0,9998. Limit deteksi dan limit kuantitasi adalah 0,59 ng/mL dan 1,47 ng/mL. Presisi metoda diperoleh dari RSD yaitu 3,86%. Akurasi metoda dihitung dari recovery sampel sedimen Sungai Rupit yaitu 85,70%. Ketidakpastian dengan repeatability metode sebesar 1,124 pg/g ± 0,089 pg/g dan tanpa repeatability metode sebesar 1,124 pg/g ± 0,084 pg/g. Metode ini telah diaplikasikan untuk penentuan total merkuri pada sampel sedimen dari Sungai Rupit. Kata kunci: Validasi, CV-AAS, Sedimen, Ketidakpastian.
