Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari penggunaan SPC stepper motor yang dirangkaikan dengan mikrokontroler DT-51 minimum system version 3.0. Mikrokontroler digunakan untuk mengatur sudut putar pintu keluar alat penjatuh pakan ikan. Sudut putar pintu keluar alat penjatuh pakan ikan diatur oleh mikrokontroler DT-51 minimum system. Pintu keluar alat penjatuh pakan ikan digerakkan oleh motor stepper yang dipasang pada sudut pintu keluar. Pengujian pintu keluar pada sudut 15°, 30°, 45° 60°, 75°, dan 90°. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa pada sudut putaran 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, dan 90° rata-rata berat pakan ikan yang keluar adalah 15,39 g, 31,17 g, 46,90 g, 62,15 g, 77,96 g, dan 93,32 g, sedangkan error sudut putaran adalah 1,8%, 0,8%, 0,26%, 0,23%, 0,18%, dan 0,07%.
