Abstract

This researcher aims to determine the teacher's ability to develop learning tools based on the Technological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge (TPACK). TPACK is an understanding that comes from the interraction between unique knowledge content (material), Pedagogy, and technology to meet educational needs in providing appropriate content (material) in a particular context. This researcher uses an approach with a descriptive method. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is known that the teacher's ability to develop learning tools based on the TPACK approach in Civics learning at UPT SMAN 1 Ogan Ilir is good. In this assessment, the PPKn UPT SMAN 1 Ogan Ilir teacher got an average score of 76.75%. This means that learning tools are learning implementations (RPP) compiled by teachers based on teacher competencies (pedagogic, personality, social, and professional) including components of TK, PK, CK, PCK, TCK, TPK, and TPACK.
