Abstract

Geospatial integration of soil data is expected to facilitate the presentation of spatial data to determine the type of foundation in an area according to the parameters of the results of soil investigations and increase effectiveness and efficiency in determining appropriate piles or foundations in the area. This study uses the method of data recap archived by PT. Graha Multi Kreasi in the form of a land investigation report conducted in the Palembang city. The main step taken is to find references in the form of journals, books, and others related to the integration of soil data with spatial data. Then process the data and perform analysis. Based on the results of the Kriging interpolation analysis, for the two types of planned foundations, the results of the interpolation line patterns are almost the same. This could be due to the values of the bearing capacity of the soil which are almost the same in each of the two foundation plans. The depth of hard soil around Ilir Timur II District is dominated by a value of 21.4 m to 26.6 m. The interpolation results of the Kriging method for the two types of design piles are not too much different because they have the same number of classes which are 9 classes and are divided by the Natural Interval.
