Abstract

ABSTRACT Stress at work is one of the health problems that workers in various countries often complain about is caused by work fatigue. In America, stress at work is a common and detrimental problem for workers. According to WHO data in 2018, in many countries, there are about 8% of work-related illnesses. The aim of this study was to analyze the risk factors for work fatigue in women Online Motorcycle Taxi drivers in Palembang City. The research method uses descriptive quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The research population is women online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang City with a total sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test with the alternative of the Ficher Exact test. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between age (p-value = 0.008), marital status (p-value = 0.030), length of work (p-value = 0.003) and income (p-value = 0.049) with the risk of work stress on women online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang City. There is no relationship between the menstrual cycle (p-value = 0.131) and years of service (p- value = 1,000) with the risk of work stress on women online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang City. The conclusion of this study is that age, marital status, length of work, and income have an influence on the risk of work stress on women online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang City. It is recommended for women online motorcycle taxi drivers not to force themselves to work too long, routinely do physical activity and share with experienced online ojeks drivers about women's problems such as the menstrual cycle.
