Abstract

This study is focus to analyze traffic accident in PT Bukit Asam Tbk, Unit Pertambangan Tanjung Enim year 2017-2019 use Human Factor Analysis and Classification System Framework Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) method for fixing process in decreasing human traffic accident caused of unsafe act and there is manifestation of precondition of unsafe act and unsafe leadership. The most influential factor which causes on unsafe act is skill based error and decision error.
