Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning barriers of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing OKI during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research using an instrument in the form of a psychological scale of online learning barriers with a Likert scale model. The subjects in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing OKI with a total of 140 samples from 215 respondents. Sampling using a proportional random sample. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive so that the data obtained were learning inhibiting factors in the aspect of unstable internet network (wifi signal/internet quota 50%, location or of students lived 41%), too many assignments (assignment from teacher 62%), difficult to focus (lack of rest or sleep 76%, skipping breakfast 47%, not understanding lessons 61%) and lack of motivation to learn (79% of teachers as motivators and 53%). So it can be concluded that the inhibiting factors for learning during the covid-19 pandemic are giving assignments from teachers, lack of rest or sleep, not understanding lessons and teachers as motivators at the highest criteria as well as wifi signals or internet quotas, students' locations or places of residence, not having breakfast. and learning styles are in the moderate criteria.
