Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi Komunikasi (Studi Pada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Lahat Dalam Mensosialisasikan Sapta Pesona Kepada Kelompok Sadar Wisata Tahun 2021), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Lahat dalam mensosialisasikan sapta pesona kepada kelompok sadar wisata. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menurut Onong Uchjana Effendy, dengan dimensi mengenali sasaran komunikasi, pemilihan media, pengkajian tujuan pesan komunikasi, dan peranan komunikator. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik keabsahan data adalah trianguasi sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah empat dimensi strategi komunikasi dilakukan dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Strategi Komunikasi, Sapta Pesona, Kelompok Sadar Wisata ABSTRACT Communication Strategy (Study at the Lahat Regency Tourism Office in Disseminating Sapta Pesona to Tourism Awareness Groups in 2021), this study aims to find out how the Lahat Regency Tourism Office's communication strategy in socializing Sapta Pesona to tourism awareness groups. The theory used in this study according to Onong Uchjana Effendy, with dimensions of recognizing communication targets, media selection, assessment of the purpose of communication messages, and the role of communicators. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative. The technique of data validity is triangulation of data sources. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation studies. Data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results of this study are the four dimensions of the communication strategy carried out well. Keywords : Communication Strategy, Sapta Pesona, Tourism Awareness Group
