Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016- 2020 serta membandingkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan semen BUMN dan Swasta ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan return saham. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2016-2020. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 perusahaan sub sektor semen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pada rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas perusahaan semen swasta lebih likuid dibandingkan perusahaan semen BUMN, dan pada return saham perusahaan swasta lebih baik dibandingkan perusahaan BUMN pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 sedangkan pada tahun 2016,2017, dan 2020 perusahaan semen BUMN lebih baik dibandingkan perusahaan semen swasta. This study aims to analyze and assess the financial performance of cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 and compare the financial performance of state-owned and private cement companies in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios, and stock returns. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's annual report for 2016-2020. The population of this study consisted of 6 cement sub-sector companies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis with a comparative approach. The results of this study indicate that overall the liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios of private cement companies are more liquid than BUMN cement companies, and the stock returns of private companies are better than BUMN companies in 2018 and 2019 while in 2016 , 2017, and 2020 state-owned cement companies are better than private cement companies.
