Abstract

In this era, the use of the internet is an important component in supporting human life. This also happens to the activity of sending data periodically. However, often at the time of sending data there is an error that can hinder the process of sending data. To overcome this, we need a configuration that is able to carry out data transmission activities optimally, both in terms of security, as well as a stable data transmission speed. In this study, the author uses router that is configured using a combination of EIGRP and OSPF protocols. In addition, the author also uses two MPLS links that can provide fast transfer dataThis design is carried out on a Wide Area Network. The test carried out in this study is by using the ping command in the command prompt application to test whether router is connected to router receivingIn addition, the author sees the route taken by router when sending data to the recipient. The author uses the Wireshark application to retrieve data such as delay, jitter, and throughput. Data packet loss and round-trip time are taken from the Command Prompt application. The results obtained from this design are expected to provide a new way or breakthrough for users in data transmission activities that are carried out regularly and based on online using a prime network.
