Abstract

Pak Camat program and Tebu Manis Program is an nutritional acceleration innovation program that aims to improve the health of prospective brides by providing health services and reducing stunting in toddlers and malnutrition. This study aims to explore the extent of acceptance of the Pak Camat and Tebu Manis programs for program delivers and recipients using the Theoretical Framework of Acceptability (TFA) method. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews and observation methods. The data validity test used source triangulation, method triangulation and theory triangulation. The research showed that the Pak Camat and Tebu Manis Programs based on the affective attitudes of the delivers and recipients after the innovation programs felt happy, proud and grateful. On the burden component, future brides and parents of toddler feel a little burdened having to spend time at work. In the ethicality component, stakoholders and the community support the innovation of the Pak Camat and Tebu Manis Programs. In the intervention cohorence component, the way the two programs innovation work is in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. In the component perceived effectiveness, the goals to be achieved give positive results. Delivers and recipients have high self-efficacy because thy believe they are able to perform the required behavior. It can be concluded that the acceptability of the Pak Camat program and Tebu Manis Ptogram from the delivers and recipients side is generally well received, this can be seen from the achievement of the program's objectives, namely the reduction of stunting and malnutrition in the Puskesmas Simpang Periuk. Furthermore, even though Pak Camat and Tebu Manis Programs have already given the desired result, it is hoped that the puskesmas Simpang Periuk will always carry out program development in order to provide more results for the community and become a pilot program for other public helath center.
