Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Occupational Health and Safety on the performance of PT Sentosa Mulia Bahagia Land Six A Palm Oil, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera. The population of this study are 49 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sampling technique which means that all members of the population of 49 respondents were used as samples. This study used primary data obtained through quetionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The result of this study shows that Occupational Health and Safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. For companies recommended to implement and control the feasibility of personal protective equipment and able to reduce employee absenteeism.
