Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Upaya Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Tolak Peluru Melalui Modifikasi Alat Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pampangan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan pembelajaran tolak peluru melalui modifikasi alat pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Pampangan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan dua siklus.Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pampangan dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 orang dengan menggunakan teknik random. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dari masing-masing variable. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan pembelajaran tolak peluru melalui modifikasi alat. Hal ini didapatkan dari hasil tes keterampilan pada siklus kedua dimana ketuntasan belajar mencapai 85%. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Modifikasi Alat, Tolak Peluru
