Abstract
A secondary metabolites compound have been isolated from the fungus Aspergillus sp 1 of mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) fruit. Isolation was begins with cultivation of the Aspergillus sp 1 in 5 L of media PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth) for 28 days. Liquid medium was extracted into ethyl acetate and concentrated by rotary evaporator. Ethyl acetate extract was separated and purified by chromatographic techniques to obtain a pure compound. Purity test is done by determining the melting point by means of Fisher John Melting point. The isolated compound was a white crystals (15 mg) with the melting point of 205 — 207 °C. Base on spectroscopy data (UV, IR, H-NMR 13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC, and COSY) was the isolated compounds is a group of non-aromatic compound that have coupled proton vinilik, carbonyl on keton and ester, have OH, and have total 33 carbon consisting, 11 C kwartener, 9 C tertiary, 5 C secondary and 8 C primary.
