Abstract

Penelitian mengenai inventarisasi bakteri pada Kawasan mangrove Nipah (Nypa fruticans Wurmb) Di Kecamatan Pulau Rimau Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli sampai Desember 2009. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan inventarisasi bakteri pada kawasan mangrove Nipah (Nypa fruticans Wurmb) Di Kecamatan Pulau Rimau Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan. Hasil identifikasi diperoleh 64 isolat bakteri, yang termasuk dalam 36 genera yaitu Proteus, Neisseria, Pseudornonas, Butyrivibrio, Clostridium, Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Halobacterivm, Desulfovibrio, Succinimonas, Thiobacillus, Yersinia, Erwinia, Chloropseudomonas, Bordtella, Corynebcicterium, Aeromonas, Morcaella, Acidominococcus, Photobacterium, Corynebacterium, Thiodycton, Enterobacter, Shigella, Plesimonas, Flavobacterium, Thiobacterium, Vibrio, Xanthomonas, Alcaligenes, Derxia, Nitrospina, Nitrobacter, Bacillus, Azomonas, Azotobacter.
