Abstract

The camera basically has the same characteristics as the human sense of sight (eye) "the eye will only capture the object in the direction where the eye is facing". The point of view of a conventional camera will also only be able to capture the object in front of it. The object detection system with the AUV robot will adjust the motor movement. This camera is shaped like a cable that is attached to the USB port, the camera can adjust to water conditions because it has an LED light. The shape like a cable also has the advantage of being able to reach the narrowest area of the robot used such as AUV. In this study using the hough transform method because the parameters are considered stronger. But the research will be limited because it only reads a limited distance.
