Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of tax using letters of reprimand and letters of compulsion to tax revenues. The object of research from KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang which is located on Jl. Talang Ant Lake. Data collection methods are interview and documentation methods. The analytical method used is the ratio of effectiveness and contribution ratio. Based on the results of tax collection using a letter of warning and a letter of coercion on tax revenues, it can be obtained: tax collection with a letter of warning and a letter of coercion using the effectiveness ratio has no effect on tax revenue, while using the ratio of taxes for tax collection with a letter of reprimand in the medium category and for tax collection with a forced letter, it is classified as good so that it has an influence on tax revenue Keywords: Tax Collection, Warning Letter, Forced Letter, Tax Receipt
