Abstract

Upsus Pajale Program is a program in 2015 given to the government to farmers and it is hoped that this program can increase the income of rice farming in that place so as to improve the welfare of farmers. The aims of this study are: (1) Knowing how to evaluate the implementation of the Upsus Pajale program at the rice farmer level in Serigeni Lama Village, (2) Knowing the amount of rice farming income as a result of the Upsus Pajale program in Serigeni Lama Village. The method used in this study is a survey method, this method is used to obtain research results in the form of opinions or opinions from farmers, by interacting directly with the object being observed. The implementation of this research was carried out during the period December 2021 with 30 respondents farmers who take part in the Upsus Pajale program. The method of analysis is carried out quantitatively with mathematical, statistical and ecometric calculations. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the Upsus Pajale program in Serigeni Lama Village, Kayu Agung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province in the distribution of aid was carried out well, but there were several targets that were not achieved, such as agricultural machinery assistance, only in the form of a water pump. . Then in the implementation of the Integrated Crop Management Application Movement (GPPTT) it has not been running in Serigeni Lama Village and there is no increase in the area of rice plants when there is assistance from the Upsus Pajale program. The average farm income in Serigeni Lama Village currently participating in the Upsus Pajale program is Rp17.483.720/lg/mt compared to Rp13.997.887/lg/mt.
