Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja teknik komunikasi persuasif yang digunakan pada akun instagram food influencer @Kurangsecanting. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi persuasif menurut Onong U. Effendy yang terdiri dari lima teknik komunikasi persuasif.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Isi Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah postingan instagram @Kurangsecanting pada periode 01 Januari 2021 – 31 Oktober 2021 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 postingan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan teknik komunikasi persuasif yang dominan digunakan ialah dimensi teknik tataan dengan persentase sebesar 96%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Persuasif, Instagram, Food Influencer, Analisis Isi Kuantitatif
