Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of self-confidence of students who are actively organizing the environment of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Sriwijaya University. The method used is quantitative research survey tipe. The population in this study about 100 students and a sample 40 students selected using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used is the scale of psychology likert scale models. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative using descriptive percentage. The result of data analysis show that the overal level of self-confidence in the students who actively organize in the environment of Facultyof Teachers Training And Education in Sriwijaya University is in the Medium Category (59%)
