Abstract

Skripsi ini Berjudul: “Tinjauan Kriminologi terhadap Perbuatan Cyberbullying di Media Sosial Tiktok”. Latar Belakang Penulisan skripsi ini yaitu Banyaknya yang menyalahgunakan penggunaan Media Sosial untuk melakukan perbuatan Cyberbullying, khususnya di Media Sosial Tiktok yang saat ini sedang trend. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. Apa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perbuatan cyberbullying di media sosial tiktok Dan 2. Bagaimana upaya penanggulangan perbuatan cyberbullying di media sosial tiktok. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode induktif. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab pelaku melakukan cyberbullying antara lain faktor intern yaitu faktor yang bersumber dari dalam diri pelaku, dan faktor eskternal yang bersumber dari luar diri pelaku, dan upaya penanggulangan hukum yang dilakukan oleh aparat kepolisian atas terjadinya tindak pidana cyberbullying adalah upaya preventif dan represif. Kata kunci: Cyberbullying, Kriminologi, Media Sosial
