Abstract

In the hospitality business competition is increasingly high, with the growing number of new hotels in Indonesia, especially the city of Palembang. The hotel should find a solution to continue to develop the quality of service in order to continue to compete in the business world. In the hotel facilities especially the fitness section, the facilities of this hotel will be more sophisticated and modern.In order to retain customers and get customers, the hotel should continue to provide the latest innovation of good service quality. But in addition to increasing the number of customers must use a better way than ever.
