Abstract

During this administration process at Mecca Laundry still uses manual means, it takes a long time and results in work becomes less effective and efficient. The purpose of this Final Project is to create a Laundry service application that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Mecca Laundry employees and bosses in performing services and managing transaction data. In this study, the authors used data collection methods by interviewing and direct observation on the spot and using the waterfall method as a software development method. The solution obtained from existing problems is to create an application system that can be used to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employees and bosses in performing services and managing transaction data.
