Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effects of variables of age (A), working hours (H), education (Ed), and work experience (Ex) on the income of blue collar workers of advertising businesses in Palembang City. The sampling technique used census and the number of samples was 50 respondents. The technique of data analysis used a multiple linear regression. The model estimation used OLS method. The result of the study at a significant level of a = 0.05 showed that the age, working hours, education, and work experience were positively and significantly correlated with the income.
