Abstract

This research is entitled“Analysis of Service Quality for Making Job Seeker Cards or Yellow Cards (AK-1) During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency”. The background of this research is that the service is still felt to be slow where the service counter that serves only one officer and during the Covid 19 pandemic the office where the AK-1 card was made, which was previously across the street from the Manpower and Transmigration Service, was temporarily located at the Central Manpower and Transmigration Office. This study uses a qualitative method. This study uses Gaspersz theory which is measured in ten dimensions of service quality, namely timeliness of service, service accuracy, courtesy and friendliness, responsibility, completeness, convenience, variety of service models, personal service, comfort, attributes. From the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that the analysis of service quality for making job seeker cards or yellow cards (AK-1) during the covid-19 pandemic at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency on the dimensions of timeliness, service accuracy, courtesy and friendliness, responsibility has been said to be good even though it's not maximized. While the dimensions of completeness, convenience, comfort, supporting attributes have not been said to be good. The results of this study recommend that the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency should complete the inadequate facilities and infrastructure in order to create better service quality, increase the number of chairs and support for service activities such as computers and other supporting tools to make it easier for officers to serve the community.
