Abstract

This study aims to determine the Personal Traits of Students who carry out entrepreneurial activities in the Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University. The purpose of this study is to describe the personal traits of students' entrepreneurial attitudes as seen from students who are carrying out entrepreneurial activities. The research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 15 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of research from 15 people who were given a questionnaire, it was found that 8 students have leadership personal traits, 12 students have the courage to take risks, and 5 of them have a type with two indicators of personal traits in entrepreneurial interest, namely leadership and the courage to take risks, so that It can be concluded that the entrepreneurial personal traits that are mostly owned by students who do entrepreneurship in the Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University are personal traits of courage to take risks, that students who are carrying out entrepreneurial activities are better able to speculate, take into account things that will happen due to the choices they make take. This requires the student to be more careful in stepping and making decisions, with full calculations. It is recommended to apply the knowledge of entrepreneurship that is obtained in lectures, especially in the Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University.
